Roarke saw an ad I had placed on Craigslist. My husband had bad credit due to a recent short sale. Roarke gave us hope that he would be able to help us find a home and secure financing.

This was a difficult sale and had a lot of back and forth negotiation with the seller and their agent. Roarke did a great job advocating for us and dealing with the difficulties of this sale. At some points the other agent did not respond in a timely manner so Roarke had to be patient. He always responded in a calm and composed manner.
